How It Works

We want the process of creating your custom hand-painted item to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible whether you’re looking to celebrate a special event, show off your school spirit, or create a meaningful keepsake.

Step 1: Choose Your Product

Start by selecting the product you’d like to customize. 

Whether it’s a banner, sports ball, Bible, canvas, or cheer box board, each product is crafted with attention to detail and tailored to your unique needs.

Step 2: Fill Out the Order Form

Once you’ve chosen your product, you’ll fill out our dynamic order form. This form adjusts to your selection, ensuring we gather all the details necessary to create your custom piece. Here’s what you can expect to provide:

  • General Information: Your name, phone number, and the date by which you need the product.

  • Product-Specific Details: Depending on the product, you’ll be asked for additional information, such as:

    • Banners: Size, orientation (horizontal or vertical), occasion, colors, and wording.

    • Bibles: Bible version, occasion, colors, and inscriptions for the cover, spine, and back.

    • Sporting Equipment: Type of ball, player’s name, jersey number, position, team logo, and any accolades or scripture.

    • Canvases: Size, name, school, graduation year, and design elements like state shape, mascot, and school chant.

    • Cheer Box Boards: Name, graduation year, design elements, and whether you’ll be providing the board.

Step 3: Design Collaboration

After submitting your form, we’ll create 2-3 digital design concepts based on the information you’ve provided. Here’s how we’ll work together to perfect your custom piece:

  • Review and Feedback: We’ll text you the initial design concepts, and you’ll have the opportunity to review them and provide feedback. Whether it’s a color change, a different font, or a new element altogether, anything can be adjusted to fit your vision.

  • Proofing Process: Once we’ve incorporated your feedback, we’ll finalize the design and send you a proof for approval. We won’t start painting until you’re completely satisfied.

Now the real magic begins! Here’s what you can expect during the creation phase:

  • Craftsmanship: Every piece is hand-painted with the utmost care and attention to detail. We use high-quality, fade-resistant paints to ensure your custom creation looks vibrant and lasts for years.

  • Progress Updates: If you’d like, we can send you progress pictures along the way to keep you involved in the process. This ensures that we’re aligned every step of the way.

  • Final Approval: Before we ship your product, we’ll send you a final image of the completed piece to make sure it meets your expectations.

Step 4: Hand-Painting and Creation

Once your custom piece is complete, we’ll carefully package it to ensure it arrives safely at your door. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Packaging: Banners are rolled up and shipped in protective cardboard tubes, while sports balls, Bibles, canvases, and cheer box boards are securely wrapped and boxed to prevent damage during transit.

  • Shipping Times: Standard shipping is included in the price, and we’ll provide tracking information once your order has shipped. If you need your product sooner, expedited shipping options are available upon request.
